This Privacy Policy explains how IgniteUnlocked collects, uses, and protects information when you use our SMS-based coaching service. By texting our number, you agree to the terms described here.

Who we are

IgniteUnlocked is operated as a sole proprietorship — an individually owned and operated business trading under the name IgniteUnlocked. References to "we," "us," or "our" throughout this policy refer to that individual operator.

What we collect

When you interact with IgniteUnlocked via SMS, we may collect:

  • Your mobile phone number
  • The content of messages you send to us
  • Date, time, and frequency of messages
  • Any personal information you voluntarily share in your messages

We do not currently collect payment information. If billing is introduced in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly before any payment processing begins.

How we use it

Your information is used solely to:

  • Respond to your coaching requests and questions
  • Set reminders and follow-ups you have requested
  • Improve the quality and relevance of responses over time
  • Maintain the safety and integrity of the service
Mobile information and SMS opt-in data will not be sold or shared with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.

Third-party processors

To deliver this service, your messages are processed by the following third-party providers. Each is bound by their own privacy policies and data protection terms:

  • Twilio — provides the SMS infrastructure that routes messages between you and IgniteUnlocked. Twilio processes your phone number and message content as a data subprocessor.
  • Anthropic (Claude) — provides the AI that generates coaching responses. Message content is processed via Anthropic's API under commercial terms, which means your data is not used to train Anthropic's models.

We may add additional processors in the future. If that happens, this policy will be updated to reflect those changes.

SMS & messaging

By texting IgniteUnlocked, you consent to receive SMS responses from us. Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier and plan.

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation and no further messages will be sent. To re-subscribe, simply text us again. For help, reply HELP at any time.

Opt-in consent is specific to this service and will not be used or shared for any other messaging program.

Data retention

Message history may be retained to maintain continuity in your coaching experience and to improve the service over time. To request deletion of your data, contact us directly using the details in the Contact section below.

Your rights

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, text us directly or use the contact details below.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the service evolves. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the service after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

Security

We use commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Security incidents

If we become aware of a security incident that affects your personal data, we will investigate and, where required by law, notify you without undue delay and provide information about steps you can take to protect yourself.

Children's privacy

This service is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.

Business transfers

If IgniteUnlocked is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your personal data may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will provide notice before your data is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
